Payment options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, and Google Checkout. If you would like to pay with an echeck, it can be done through the Paypal option. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption is used during checkout for your safety and security. We are always here to help. Please email us if you have any trouble checking out.
Shipping
Our Shipping is done through the USPS. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our store. If the postal service failes to deliver your package and it comes back to us, shipping charges will not be refunded. Therefore, please make sure to enter the correct shipping and billing address when placing an order.

Size Chart
Sizing varies by designer. Please contact us if you are uncertain about an item and we can give you the measurements. We do not refund shipping on exchanges or returns for sizing issues.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 9.75% is only charged for delivery to addresses in California.
Coupon Codes & Price Adjustments
If you have a coupon code, please enter it in the Voucher Code box upon checkout. One coupon code can be applied per order. We do not do price adjustments.
Returns/Exchanges
Items that were custom made for you are not returnable. This includes many items in our store. If you have a question about whether or not an item is returnable, please ask before ordering. We cannot make any exceptions to this policy because we do not stock custom items, they are sent directly from the designers.
Returns on items that were not custom made are accepted within 14 days from receipt of purchase. They must be in unworn/unwashed condition with tags attached. Swimwear, hair accessories and hats are non-returnable for sanitary reasons. Sale items can be exchanged for a store credit.
Exchanges are considered new orders and shipping charges apply. Please purchase the item you want to exchange the previous one for, and then send the previous one back. Please email us with the order number and the item you are returning, and we will give you our mailing address. We will credit you when we receive the returned item. We will not credit shipping fees. We will credit you for your items minus actual shipping cost. Insurance is recommended on all items as we will not be responsible for items lost in the mail.
Some of our apparel is quite delicate and may not hold up well with active children. We are unable to accept returns on items that were damaged while worn, shrunk in the wash, or simply did not hold up well after being worn. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Holiday merchandise is final sale as of the date of the holiday. Any Holiday Wear returned within 2 weeks before the Holiday cannot be refunded, we will gladly give you a store credit.
Order Cancellation Policy
Payments are processed immediately and incur fees, so we cannot cancel orders once they are placed. We will be happy to issue you a store credit or do an exchange for an item of equal value.
